Talvar Review: Binding Subject but Stiff treatment

Not much to say about the movie that is based on a well know double murder mystery subject of Aarushi Talvar and Hemraj that happened in 2008 that shook India the most.  The title brings in the Surname and the irony of the investigation performed in the case under Indian Judicial System. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, depicts the true nature of whole plot and incident on screen, also narrated from the view of the victim’s parents, police, the suspects has made the tale interesting. This was in Sameer Vihar which a housing society in Delhi, where a servant’s entry is linked up with 14 year old girl Shruti’s death, in Tondon house, where lives Dr.Nutan Tandon performed by Konkana Sen Sharma and Dr. Ramesh Tandon done by Neeraj Kabi . If we talk about the performance than there was no melodrama as the castis superb  comprising of Konkana Sen, Irfan Khan and Neeraj Kabi. Imran Khan plays the role of the officer named Ashwin Kumar,. They could not add any thing extravagant to the play as the story prohibits the same being sensitive. Tabu acts as the wife of Irfan Khan with got nothing much to do. Although subject being interesting the movie had some repetitive portions in it with some dishonest conversion  of English sexual words. Done in realistic scenario the cinematographer has not taken angles correctly to make it a good experience. In short it was a boring experience after the first half of the movie.
