Researchers have found an accurate method of predicting a woman’s likelihood of developing the diabetes . Gestational diabetes is one of the most common forms of conditions that occur while in pregnancy. The symptoms being although disappearing after the pregnancy , women suffers from the gestational diabetes will have increased development of the diabetes in later years.
According to the studies by he scientist of Institute of Diabetes Research (IDF) the data was collected from around 275 cases of gestational diabetes that has occurred between 1989 to 1999 and followed those women for 20 long years after their delivery. After researching through BMI that is body mass index some parameters and protocols were made due to which they were leading the studies. Accordingly one hundred and ten women experienced the diabetes post their pregnancy .
