Netflix is a streamlining pioneer that is making its evolutionary entry in India at an inaugural price tag for its customers in India. Right now Netflix is charging higher bit price as that compared to the US client but to make there point of price valid it will be continuously increasing the quality and quantity of its contents n the site. as said by Puneer manchanda who is a professor f marketing at the Ross School of business at the University of Michigan.
Accordingly Netflix is a global expansion firm that is been driven solely by three of the forces according to Puneer. Firstly it will have to convince the investors for the broadband market that has to be six times the size of the Us market. secondly,
large global reach can be a strong bargaining chip for Netflix in obtaining distribution rights from content providers. and then finally it has to keep up the vision to be a provider itself.
