Microsoft after launching its Send email app has now rolled out a new app called Invite this month. The app Invite as the name suggests will be responsible for inviting colleagues to come up for meetings. As per the company the app will be soon available for all Android and iOS users. This app will be best showing its result with Office 365 Business and School subscriptions, but it will also be working with other email services like Outlook.com, Gmail, and Yahoo mail.
This app will be boon for the companies as it will be scheduling the meetings and giving the call , who misses the calendars. Adding to its unique behavior, the app will be providing email to the users who have been sent an Invite. users those who do not have this app will be receiving an email or notification to install the app. they can also schedule the meetings and its related time slots by the app itself. The attendes can choose when they are free and the time slots by the app as well as browser. once deciding the time by all the attendees, the person who requested for meeting can finalize the date and place and send the invite.
Company Says” with this new Invite app one does not have to worry regarding the presence of all its attendees, as whether they are in or out of the platform they will receive the invite and reply back, referring their calendars. Its all about Invite-Accept-Done”.
