According to the new studies it has been deduced that the food like soda, fries, candies are actually not the culprits of the the obesity in Americans it is the person it self. The Cornell University Food and Brand lab has made studies and has taken that these provided junk foods are not actually related to the growing Body mass index it is the person on its own. Researchers has revised the samples taken as representatives of adults in the united states and has found the consumption of soda and candy is basically not linked with the Body Mass Index for the 95 percent of teh population.
The exception in this regard is the extreme ends of BMI that the one chronic to underweight and those are obese modified. Thus it was assumed that the increasing weight was not the figure of soda candy alone . thus Dr David is explaining that there should be awareness camps to make people understand the weight problems and meet the necessary goals. He further explained that ” We need to actually look at the real cause of the obesity and increasing weight and narrow the junk food effectiveness by self defeating the underlying cause. ” There should be a chart for overall consumption pattern to overcome the problems related to junk food and obesity.
