Insulin Secreating cells developed to treat Diabetese

Scientist have come across the development of a new insulin producing cell that will be treating Diabetese. If we talk about recent times than beta cells technique is the more prevelant one to treat diabetese. During this study researchers have come across a programmed pancreatic duct derived cell (HDDCs) to work similarly as beta cells and secrete insulin in the pancreas. Which will be further eliminating extra glucose production. They have been using mRNA a protein that control our genes and can turn off and on called massenger cells MAFA . This mRNA is further transformed into protein before binding it to the DNA. Phillippe Lysy said” This recognition and development will be opening doors for many new techniques in the medical field to function in respect to diseases.” The scientist have prepared a mouse model in which these cells could be transplanted in a mouse to study diabetic mice. They are working over the development to make it possible to be transplanted in humans to regulate diabetese.
