This has been done in New york where some researchers have studied on the following topic to spend atleast 7 to 8 hours o sleep . and normally exercise for atleast 30 to 60 minutes for three to six times per week. . This finding has been really fruitful in reducing the chances of heart stroke.
The people who sleep 8 to 10 hours were found to acknowledge 25 percent lesser chances of having a stroke as compared to others. For those who slept for more than eight hours, were 146 per cent more likely to have suffered a stroke.
