Head/Scalp massage: A head and scalp massage is the best thing that could be done anywhere to do this you just need to place your fingers on forehead keep them at center and the thumb at the temple and pressure with it. 3. Facial massage: For a facial massage draw a line using your fingertips along your hairline cheek bones, and eyebrows .Gently rub the ears and earlobes between the fingertips.
