According to the latest research and study it has been found that exercise may slow up the brain ageing . If only you wish to be a sharp minded person in your golden years as well than regular exercise may be the boosting agent . In the study it was taken for the men between the age group of 64 to 75 years and rescuers found that that fitter the man the more mentally accurate and sharp was he. They could use their brain parts in the same way as would have used in their youth.
A test was performed named “ colour word matching strop test” that involves the men to show the word naming the colour such as the green blue, and red by just asking the colour by the letter instead of reading the word. Analysis clearly showed that the brain activity was good in those who were fit than others performing the stoop test.
