As the Cholesterol content has been the main problem now a days in many human beings and is perceived to be bad for health now we have eggs to overcome this bad health issue according to the recent study it has been deduced that eating habits of egg lowers the cholesterol levels to a grater extent and also it does not increases the rate of heart attacks. As per the University of Eastern Filand it has been proven that the higher the intake of dietary cholesterol or having an eggs a day is particularly not related to increasing heart attacks
This study has not made any links between the dieatry Cgholestrol or eating of egg with teh increasing level of thickning over the walls of heart that are primarily responsible for the heart attack.It suggests that a high-cholesterol diet or frequent consumption of eggs do not increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
