World Tuberculosis Day: Pitfalls, progress and challenges of making India TB-free

Many people almost 3.3 million are suffering from one of the Other kinds of tuberclosis this TV remains as one of the major health issues in India Wellness scale. India is basically home to multi drug resistant tuberculosis then any of the country in the world and has recorded many cases recently a global phenomenon of totally drug resistant tuberculosis has been discovered that makes the scenario even worse.

There have been many progress made in controlling tuberclosis but country is most serious health crisis still hampers the government efforts and they cannot solve the taking time bomb up till now .Earlier this week and ahead of the World TB Day, the government of India has rolled out Bedaquiline, the first drug for multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.
