According to new findings from a non profit organisation SAS Institute a person who sleeps too much of it’s too much will not remain physically active and is more than 425 times likely to die before a normal person who has a Healthy lifestyle. too much of sitting will eventually eradicate exercise and if it is more than 7 hours per day then it is defined as exercises less than 150 minutes a week.
This finding brings things together and shows that this Lifestyle behaves like smoking poor diet and high alcohol intake and work in the same equation.
